User Content Policy on the Vietamin

This Policy is mandatory for all users of the vietamin.com website. We have developed this Policy to comply with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and to meet the expectations of our users and partners, but primarily to ensure that Vietamin resources remain a safe environment.

User-Generated Content (UGC) refers to any content that users (Business Profiles or Vietamin clients) contribute to the vietamin.com website, which is visible or accessible to at least one or more users. User-generated content from a Business Profile or client may include comments, photos, videos, images, descriptions, logos, icons, etc.

By registering or posting content on vietamin.com, users (and Business Profiles on Vietamin additionally by accepting the offer on the Vietamin platform) confirm that they have read and agree to the Policy, the review publishing rules, and other terms and conditions of use of vietamin.com published on the site, and undertake to comply with them.

Business Profiles independently upload content related to the goods they sell or services they provide via vietamin.com and are responsible for their content. Users of vietamin.com independently upload their comments, ratings, and other content via vietamin.com and are responsible for it.

Posting inappropriate or offensive user-generated content on vietamin.com is prohibited, including but not limited to:
— Content (including user comments) that contains, encourages, or advertises pornography, sexual slavery, or openly displays naturalistic images or descriptions of human genitals (naked genitals, breasts) or sexual intercourse.
— Intimate goods. For this reason, if a video, photo, or other image of an intimate product displays intimate body parts or sexual scenes, such images must be covered with signs that exclude a full or clear depiction of the prohibited body parts.
— User-generated content that is offensive, contains obscene language, incites racism, discrimination of any kind, violates the law, infringes on the rights of third parties, promotes religious, racial, political, or interethnic hatred, or propagates extremist views.
— User-generated content that contains or publishes links to websites with viruses, phishing pages, or other fraudulent internet pages and schemes, as well as spam.
— User-generated content in support of terrorism, including recruitment or propaganda of terrorist acts, incitement to violence, or support of terrorist attacks.
— Harassment and bullying in user-generated content, containing or promoting threats, stalking, or intimidation.
— Discussion of piracy, such as hacking programs, key generators, console emulators.
— Publishing copyrighted materials without the proper authorization from the copyright holder.
— User-generated content that contains extortion, begging.
— User-generated content related to auctions and lotteries, sales, advertising, referral links without written approval from the administration of vietamin.com.
— Advertising of weapons, tobacco, tobacco-containing products, alcohol, any prohibited and toxic substances, including any drugs.
— Publishing any personal data of other users without their consent, including but not limited to: full name, date of birth, place of residence, contact details, health status, family details, income, etc.
— User-generated content containing any other information prohibited by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam or violating the legal rights and interests of third parties.

The administration of vietamin.com:
— continuously, promptly, and regularly moderates user-generated content and will block or remove inappropriate and prohibited user-generated content without prior notice.
— reserves the right to remove any comments that may directly or indirectly violate the prohibitions outlined in this Policy or may be deemed immoral or unacceptable by the administration.
— reserves the right to block any user account indefinitely or permanently without prior notice if prohibited or inappropriate user-generated content is found.
— reserves the right to forward data to law enforcement agencies if there are signs of an administrative offense or criminal activity.
